Application field: geophysical research in exploration, trial, exploitation wells and work on the development and field management of oil and gas.
Solvable tasks: carrying out a complex of geological-geophysical measures in the well.
Body of truck hoist
The body of the truck hoist is divided into two sections: laboratory and section of a hoist unit (further HU). Body frame is steel, welded or aluminum lightweight. Body coloring is made after additional agreement of a body color scale with the customer. The body provides a continuous exploitation in off-road conditions.
The body has a noise and thermal insulation divider separating the laboratory compartment and HU with a window. The window is sliding, equipped with a protective grid from the HU.
Body has the sub-body boxes fitted with locks and interlocks, in which established:
- cab for transporting the transportation container with source of ionizing radiation, with the opening on the top;
- vehicle-borne generator;
- toolbox.
The body is equipped with a rearguard with a folding step, equipped with bench vices, which, when moving, are fixed in a special hatch.
WLTH – laboratory module
The high comfort laboratory module is made isothermally, soundproofed, has two double-glazed external windows and adjustable sun blinds.
The WLTH is equipped with a microclimate maintenance system, that provides a temperature in the laboratory module at all operating temperature range of the ambient air (air conditioning, pull-out hatch, heating from the system cooling, fan heater of variable power up to 2 kW).
The WLTH management system includes:
- control devices for an automobile engine operation (oil pressure, coolant temperature, battery charging current);
- control device for motion speed of a logging cable, height of instrument into the borehole, the cable tension; measured parameters are displayed on the light digital displays;
- device for setting boundary values of depths and tension;
- device for stopping (including emergency) of the automobile engine;
- engine speed control valve;
- command units for the round trip equipment.
The controlling system includes loudspeaker communication with a dynamic speaker.
There is a place for a recording system in the laboratory module.
Section of a hoist unit
Section of a hoist unit includes:
- winch with drive;
- cable laying device and measuring system (three-roller measuring system, including tension transducers, depth sampling interval and depth gauge sensor) for the cable used and secure mounting at carry.
- hanging and measuring wheel;
- fire extinguisher;
- spare wheel;
- wheel chocks;
- shipping container of downhole tools.
