WLNTH EXPLOSION PROOF non-self-propelled well-logging hoist with an electro-hydraulic drive of the winch as well as an emergency drive of the winch from the diesel engine, is in a standard 20 foot maritime container for work on an offshore structure.
The hoist provides lowering and rising on the cable of the logging sondes, well tools, perforating and blasting apparatus at geophysical well logging with a depth of up to 7,000 m.
Explosion protection class– Zone II (IIGc IIAT3 – 40 ºС≤ Tamb≤ + 40 ºС).
NPWH has the Certificate of Class Approval of the MARITIME REGISTER OF SHIPPING.
The hoist contains:
- a container with an examination certificate of Maritime Register of Shipping;
- a winch (litho-density log – LDL) with an electro-hydraulic drive of the winch and an emergency drive of the winch from the diesel engine;
- operating and monitoring system of lowering and raising operations;
- a measuring device of the depth, speed and tension of the geophysical cable.
The body of the hoist consists of three units:
- laboratory (operator unit)
- the unit for LDL, technological complex and supporting facilities;
- the unit of LDL drive.
The laboratory unit is equipped with a control panel, tracing and control of lowering and raising operations.
The hoist is designed to be used under the conditions of mild climate in accordance with State All-Union Standard 15150 environment class 1, at an ambient temperature from minus 40 ºC to plus 40ºC and relative humidity up to 90% at plus 30ºC.
The hoist is designed for operation in the climatic area I2 according to State All-Union Standard 16350.
This package has also a standby engine, which equipped with explosion protection technology.
