SPO-P-500SH MINE ROUND-TRIP EQUIPMENT(explosion-proof version, protection class PV EX D I)

SPO-P-500Sh round-trip equipment is designed for round-trip operation during geophysical surveys of wells drilled in mine workings hazardous for gas and oil for exploration of solid mineral deposits.
SPO-P-500Sh allows logging of horizontal, deviated- downhole and deviatedup hole up to 400 m depth. Logging can be run using the logging rods included in the delivery set at the customer’s request, or without logging rods using a casing-head pulley. It is possible to equip it with the Vulcan V3 log recorder (KAMK Almaz-1, see page 35).

COMPLETENESS OF EQUIPMENT:
• explosion-proof (PB Ex d I) electric motor with mechanically disengaged
gearbox and release clutch;
• control console consisting of a variable speed drive, logging monitoring device
and SKG «Yason» in an explosion-proof box (PB Ex d I);
• 4-electrode oil-filled manifold in enclosed design;
• casing-head pulley;
• wheel block;
• 4.8-mm cable KG-3-0.2-15-150 up to 550 m;
• NKB 3-36 standard cable head or cable head for operation with NKSh 3-36
logging rods;
• KSh 1.5x22 logging rods - supplied at the customer’s request;
• automatic cable layer;
• mechanical braking gear.
